The idyllic cottage was the perfect getaway for relaxation, with its peaceful surroundings creating a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle. the charming village of Hawkshead was just a short drive away, making it easy to grab any daily essentials from the nearby Co-Op. The cozy cottage itself was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, and the thoughtful touch of providing bath and hand towels per person, as well as washing essentials, truly elevated the experience. the reserved parking was a huge perk, especially for travelers with a car, and the nearby lake added a picturesque touch to our walks in the stunning surroundings. With free WiFi and amenities like ironing facilities and tea/coffee facilities, the cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the close proximity to attractions like Lake Windermere and Coniston Water made exploring the area a breeze. Overall, Buttermere was the perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
